Dermatology is the one specialty where the colour of the lesion is the diagnosis — erythema, violaceous hue, hypopigmentation. Clinical atlases in this subject should never be printed in black and white.
Binding
How we would bind it
Above about 500 pages a single spiral stops lying flat and the coil starts to tear the first pages. We split Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy sets of this size into two volumes, or hard-bind them if they are going on a shelf rather than into a bag.
