Which Nephrology pages actually need colourmixed

Renal biopsy histology and immunofluorescence need colour; dialysis, electrolyte and pharmacology chapters are text.

How we would bind it

Above about 500 pages a single spiral stops lying flat and the coil starts to tear the first pages.
